In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing or using any part of the 88iii Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect at the moment you complete the account registration process or, where no registration is required to access a particular feature, at the moment you first access that feature.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the following additional policy documents, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the same binding agreement:

• The Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data.
• The Responsible Gaming Policy, which sets out available player protection tools and procedures.
• Any specific terms attached to individual promotional offers, tournaments, or bonus campaigns, as displayed at the point of opt-in.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a promotion-specific addendum, the promotion-specific terms govern only in respect of that specific promotion. In all other respects, these Terms & Conditions take precedence.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the 88iii Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction applies regardless of any differing age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence.
2. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory. 88iii reserves the right to update its list of Prohibited Territories at any time without prior notice.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by 88iii or any affiliated responsible gaming programme at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of another person, entity, or third party when registering or using the Platform.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 88iii or any of its platform technology providers, game studios, or payment processing partners.

88iii reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period specified in the request will result in account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure at 88iii's discretion.

Indonesia Market Context

88iii's primary target market is Indonesia. Users accessing the Platform from within Indonesia do so at their own risk and in full acknowledgment of the legal landscape applicable to online gaming in their jurisdiction. It is each user's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their country of residence. 88iii makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.

Each eligible person may hold only one registered account on the 88iii Platform at any given time. The existence of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts held by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification.
• A valid email address that you control and monitor regularly.
• Your date of birth.
• Your country and city of residence.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number for account security and 2FA purposes.

You undertake to update your account information promptly in the event of any change. 88iii may periodically request re-verification of account details, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds.

Account Credentials Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account while logged in will be attributed to you and treated as your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorized that specific action. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party, you must contact 88iii support immediately via the on-platform live chat function so that your account can be temporarily frozen pending investigation.

88iii operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme as a condition of processing withdrawal requests, and in certain cases as a condition of continued account access. The KYC process is designed to confirm your identity, verify your age, and ensure that the payment methods associated with your account are legitimately yours.

Standard KYC Documents

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents during the KYC process:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Payment method verification: A screenshot or statement confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, etc.) is registered in your name.
• Selfie verification: A photograph of you holding your government-issued ID alongside a handwritten note containing your 88iii username and the current date, as directed by the support team.

All KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with the 88iii Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely with 256-bit encryption and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or by our licensed payment processing partners.

Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be queued and processed only once all required documents have been reviewed and approved. Standard KYC review time is one to three business days from the point of complete document submission.

Deposits

All deposits are accepted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. Deposits are accepted via the following channels:

• Bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

E-wallet deposits typically reflect in your account balance within two minutes of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits typically clear within five to fifteen minutes during normal banking hours. 88iii does not charge platform-side transaction fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside 88iii's control and are your responsibility.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned, account suspension, and possible permanent closure. All funds deposited to 88iii are treated as real-money gambling funds and are used exclusively for the purposes of placing bets and wagers on the Platform.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a verified payment method registered in your name that matches your KYC-verified identity. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB) may experience delays attributable to the receiving bank's clearing schedules. These delays are outside 88iii's control. The 88iii cashier team operates 24/7 and will process all pending requests in order of submission as soon as banking infrastructure allows.

88iii offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible users, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the point of opt-in.

• Each promotion is available once per eligible user, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion. Funds remaining at expiry are forfeited.
• 88iii reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, provided that users who have already opted in and begun wagering toward a Wagering Requirement will be given a reasonable period to complete it.
• Bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotion. Bets placed on excluded game categories do not count toward Wagering Requirements.
• The maximum bet permitted during bonus wagering is Rp 100.000 per spin or hand, unless the promotion specifies a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play will not count toward Wagering Requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Winnings from free bets and free spin bonuses may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified per promotion.
• Seasonal promotions aligned to Indonesian cultural events — including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — are subject to the same general bonus terms unless their specific addendum states otherwise.

All bets placed on the 88iii Platform are subject to the following general rules. Specific game rules, sportsbook market rules, and live dealer table rules are available within each respective product area of the Platform.

Sportsbook

88iii's Sportsbook covers domestic and international football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and FIFA World Cup qualifying), badminton, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), basketball, volleyball, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). The following rules apply across all sportsbook markets:

• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be awarded. A void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg; all-void accumulators have the stake returned.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules. Quarter-ball handicaps result in half-stake wins/losses in applicable scenarios.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled.
• In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. Markets may be suspended at any time during live events without notice.
• 88iii reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error, provided notice is given to the affected user and the stake is returned.

Casino & Slots

All casino game outcomes determined by RNG are final. Malfunctions void all pays and plays in the affected round. Winnings from slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles and all other certified slot games are paid in full to your account balance immediately upon round completion. Published RTP percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee specific results in any session.

Live Casino

Live dealer game outcomes (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and all game-show variants) are determined by physical dealing and are final upon the dealer's announcement. Technical disconnection during a live hand does not void the bet; the hand is completed and settled in your absence, with the result applied to your balance upon reconnection.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88iii Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Depositing or wagering funds that are proceeds of criminal activity (money laundering).
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing anomalies in a systematic manner (commonly referred to as "advantage play" or "bug abuse").
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play strategies in poker or any other multi-player game format.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing customer support staff or other users via any on-platform communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or any technology designed to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any element of the Platform's technology infrastructure.

All content on the 88iii Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the property of 88iii or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 88iii. Unauthorized use of 88iii intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

88iii collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out in full what data is collected, the legal basis for processing, how data is stored and protected, your rights as a data subject, and the procedure for exercising those rights.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by requesting account closure, subject to any retention obligations required by law or by our licensed partners.

88iii uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing or commercial profiling purposes. All data handling practices comply with internationally recognized data protection principles.

88iii is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing a safe environment for all users. The Platform offers the following tools, accessible at any time from your account dashboard with no waiting period for activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88iii's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

88iii shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data arising from platform use.
• Losses arising from internet or network outages, regardless of cause.
• Losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• Losses arising from events beyond 88iii's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, or cyberattacks on third-party infrastructure.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 88iii's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88iii makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring your device and connection meet the technical requirements for using the Platform.

88iii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks initiated against 88iii by your bank or payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach or fraud, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure results from confirmed fraud or breach, 88iii reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance as damages or in compliance with applicable legal obligations.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support via on-platform live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one business day. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be honoured subject to standard KYC and processing requirements.

88iii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 88iii will provide notice by one or more of the following methods: a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, an email to your registered email address, or an in-platform notification displayed upon your next login.

The version date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent amendment took effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

88iii will maintain an accessible version history of these Terms & Conditions. You may request a copy of any prior version by contacting the support team via live chat.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88iii holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 88iii relating to your account, a specific bet, or these Terms & Conditions, the following process applies:

1. First contact: Contact 88iii's customer support team via on-platform live chat, providing full details of the complaint. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and work toward a resolution within five business days.
2. Escalation: If the support team's resolution is unsatisfactory, you may escalate the complaint in writing to the 88iii Compliance Team at the email address provided in Clause 17. The Compliance Team will provide a final internal position within ten business days of receiving the escalation.
3. External dispute resolution: If the matter remains unresolved following exhaustion of internal processes, you may pursue any legal remedy available to you under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. 88iii will cooperate in good faith with any legally valid dispute resolution process.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the Platform must be filed within one year of the date on which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
